Hey, I'm Lauren—the owner + artist behind SAGE.
I've spent 16 years behind the chair, but what matters most to me isn't how long I've been doing hair. It's what those years have taught me: how to really see the hair in front of me, how to know when less is more, and how to create something beautiful without making it feel overdone.
My work lives somewhere between polished + effortless. I specialize in lived-in blondes, rich dimensional brunettes, and seamless extensions with an obsession for the little details that make hair look effortless.
Behind the laid-back energy is years of advanced education, multiple certifications, and a lot of intention. I want you to know you're in experienced hands without ever feeling like you're sitting in an intimidating salon chair.

As our Junior Artist, Ally brings a fresh perspective, natural creativity, and an incredible attention to detail to SAGE Hair Studios. She has a love for creating soft, dimensional color, lived-in blondes and brunettes, and transformations that feel effortless, modern, and completely personalized to the client in her chair.
Ally is IBE® Certified and trained in multiple luxury extension methods, with a growing specialty in creating seamless, natural-looking extension transformations. From adding subtle density to creating completely new length and fullness, she takes a thoughtful approach to placement, color matching, and blending so extensions feel just as beautiful as they look.
Known for her warm, easygoing personality, Ally is constantly continuing her education and refining her techniques behind the chair. For clients looking for a talented up-and-coming artist with a fresh eye, thoughtful approach, and genuine love for what she does.
