Lauren’s journey in hair began right after high school, attending Paul Mitchell The School in Tysons Corner. With 15 years in the industry, she has served as an educator in color theory, advanced styling techniques, product knowledge, and client experience. Her experience as a brand ambassador further sharpened her eye for detail and elevated her understanding of high-performance color and product lines.
Through years of continued education and hands-on practice, Lauren has earned multiple certifications in both color and a wide range of extension methods, defining her as a Master Colorist and Extension Specialist. She blends professionalism, artistry, and a relaxed-chill energy—making every appointment feel elevated, effortless, and personal.

Our salons Junior Artist, Ally, is quickly becoming a leading force in extensions at SAGE. She is certified in multiple methods—including hand-tied, K-tips, I-tips, and tape-in extensions—allowing her to craft seamless hybrid looks for clients who need a little extra customization. Beyond extensions, Ally has a true love for foils, lived-in color, and dimensional tones, bringing depth, brightness, and balance to every head of hair she touches. Closely shadowing Lauren and continually expanding her skill set, Ally is emerging as one of our studio’s rising artists—combining creativity, technique, and a refreshingly modern eye for detail.
